My boyfriend and I have previously dated on and off since 2004. We have a daughter together and truly love each other. This time around we have been together for 4 months and we both want this to work and are trying really hard at it. We have decided to take is slower than we have previously to really give this our best. I just really don't understand where we should be at 4 months, like whats too much? We love each other, so of course we say it. When do you normally move in together? I guess I am just trying to get some ideas on what maybe we should or should not be doing at this point. Any other suggestions on how to rebuild our relationship is welcomed and greatly appreciated.

There is no set rule book that says you graduate to the next level of the reltionship.
Whatever step you take needs to feel right between the two of you and you also need to take into account what went wrong in the past between you two, these things don't usually fix themselves.
Hope all works out between you guys
